Utica Post fell to Onoenta in game 1 on a walk off, bases loaded single.  Utica fell behind by giving up 5 runs in the 4th inning but battled back and scored two in the top of the 7th to take the lead, only to give up 2 in the bottom of the 7th. 

Tom DeBernardis went 6 innings.  Utica was paced offensively by Dan Priore, Nick Maldonado, Gary McConnell, Mike Lackey who all had 2 hits each.

Utica Post bounced back in game 2 behind the pitching of Wendell Wright and the hitting of Gary McConnell.  Wright earned his first win of the season by going 5 innings, allowing 2 hits, while adding 8 strike outs and 1 walk.  McConnell was 3 for 3 with 3 doubles and 2 RBIs.
